At our store, all products are made-to-order and personalized based on the images, text, or details you provide. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect photo or information provided by the customer
  • Dissatisfaction with design choices that were approved or submitted

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong design, wrong product, or printing error)

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a replacement or refund, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product received
  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund (depending on the situation)

Order Cancellation

After this order was produced, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled or modified.

Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  3. Contact your bank

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
